Hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving. Had a great time at the Atlanta gig. A lot less cold than I thought it would be, which is very often a good thing. Managed to get only a few pictures with my crappy little disposable camera. The good ones were thanks to a very nice young man who took pity on me and snapped a couple pics over the crowd that blocked my view.  Also, you can read about my experience at the gig at my LiveJournal, because I'm too lazy to repost it here at the site. Now that's dedication.

  • Some people have been getting their fanclub goodies. The unfortunate converse of this is that some have not. Be patient (as far as I know the material is being shipped out according to the alphabetically listed last names of members) and if you have any burning questions that simply can't be answered by others on the official mailing list or the various other online Strokes resources, drop a line by Matt Romano.

  • Tune in to VH1 on December 15. The boys have been nominated for a "Big in 2002" Award. The ceremony will air at 9pm EST. Check your local listings.
  • Check out these stores for a copy of the Strokes DVD (i.e., sans the album).
